Resumen

Mantener un emprendimiento exige organizar los ingresos, recibir pagos oportunamente y disponer de recursos para invertir. En la economía digital, las tecnologías financieras (Fintech) ofrecen alternativas para atender estas necesidades y ampliar el acceso a servicios financieros. La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las oportunidades y barreras de su uso para favorecer la inclusión financiera y el crecimiento del emprendimiento sostenible, considerando la gestión de recursos y las competencias digitales y financieras. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura siguiendo las directrices PRISMA 2020, mediante la identificación, selección y síntesis de estudios sobre pagos digitales, plataformas de financiamiento y herramientas de administración financiera. Los resultados permitieron reconocer oportunidades para facilitar las transacciones, diversificar las fuentes de recursos y apoyar la gestión empresarial. También se identificaron barreras relacionadas con la conectividad, la formación, la seguridad y la transparencia de los servicios. Se concluyó que el aprovechamiento responsable de las Fintech dependió de la selección de herramientas adecuadas, la planificación financiera y la preparación de los emprendedores, junto con una evaluación de su contribución a las dimensiones económica, social y ambiental de la sostenibilidad.
